What is a healthy lifestyle for a 30 year old male adult?

What foods should he be eating to be healthy?
What can he do to become fit?

Please also give me some tips on what a healthy lifestyle would be.

ummmm… these don’t seem like really hard questions

foods= fruits, vegetables, meat (not too much), whole grains
male adults should avoid eating too much sugar because sugar begets wrinkles

fit?= get exercise, stop watching the TV and sitting on the damn sofa
i recommend not eating late too

pretty much common sense

No smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs, no junk food, no fast food garbage, no sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink plenty of water, fruit juices & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Make sure he eats a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Avoid stress at work & at home. Get 8 hours sleep nitely. Flip mattress over every 90 days so it will level out to give him a good nite’s rest.
