Hey girl, well you know me, I am an eighteen year old guy, 5’9″ and 140lbs. My metabolism isn’t exactly the same as yours. It is ALOT faster due to my stats right now. But i stay small from a somewhat active lifestyle. Twice a week I try to shoot for as many situps and pushups I can fit into two minutes each. Like I do 90 situps in two minutes and 50 pushups in two minutes. at least that can speed up your metabolism along with cardio exercise to keep you fit and small.
